Known in the real estate industry as Patty Bell, I am the Designated Broker and owner of Patty Bell & Co. Realtors located in Nampa. I understand the needs of my clients from the first time home buyer to the "Over 55 Community" along with specializing in Investors and Relocation services.
I put my name on my brokerage because I believe in the service I provide and the reputation I maintain. I have been educated by some of the top industry leaders, including Oliver Frascona, W. Mike Loegering, J. Dee May, Maurice Clifton and R. Gail Heist to name a few. My educational background is in psychology, sociology and family relations, which aids in maintaining a good relationship within the industry, the community and across the United States. I believe in continuing education and I hold myself to the highest standard of practice. I am a dependable, experienced and hardworking Idaho native and I believe there is no greater place in the world to live and work.
