Home Owner Exemption
As a new homeowner, we would also like to remind you of the tax reduction program available to you.
Remember, the Homeowner’s Exemption does not transfer from one home to another, nor does it transfer from one homeowner to the next. You are eligible if you owned and occupied your home by April 15. If you would like to apply for the exemption, you will need to take your recorded Warranty Deed to the Assessor’s office and fill out the required form by April 15.
